Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Nfinity collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it to what we need to run the service.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, name, handle, profile details and the answers you give during onboarding.
- Learning: lessons completed, quiz answers, streaks, "Did that click?" answers and module results, so we can show your progress and improve the lessons.
- Community: posts, trade ideas, comments, likes and follows you make.
- Plans: which plan you're on and its status. Card details are handled by Stripe, Apple or Google; we never see them.
- Verification: if you apply for the Verified tick, the trading account you connect (read-only) and your review results.
- How you found us: the campaign, ad or creator code in the link that first brought you (utm tags and referral codes), and when you tap through to a partner broker.
Why we use it
- To provide Nfinity and your account (our contract with you).
- To take payments and manage plans (our contract with you).
- To understand which campaigns work and to be paid by partner brokers (our legitimate interest in running and funding the service).
- To keep the community safe and the Verified tick trustworthy (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax records.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers in the apps.
Who we share it with
- Supabase hosts our database and sign-in, in the EU.
- Stripe processes web payments. Apple and Google process in-app purchases, with RevenueCat keeping plans in sync.
- Bunny.net streams the lesson videos.
- Partner brokers receive a click reference when you tap through, so a commission can be matched; they don't receive your Nfinity profile.
Other members see what you choose to share in the community: your profile, posts and, if verified, your track record.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile, progress, posts and other personal data are deleted, apart from records we must keep by law (such as payment records).
Your rights
You can access, correct, download or delete your data, object to some uses, and complain to your data protection authority. Delete your account from the You tab, or email hello@nfinity.io for anything else.
Cookies and storage
The website and web app use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember how you found us. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll let you know in the app.
