Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Nfinity: the apps for iPhone, Android, web and desktop, and this website. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use Nfinity

You must be 18 or over, and allowed to use services like ours where you live. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.

What we provide

Nfinity is an education platform: video lessons, guides, quizzes, a community and tools to track your progress. It is not a broker, we never hold your trading money, and nothing we provide is financial advice. Please read our risk warning.

Plans and payments

• The free plan is free. Paid plans (Premium and Pro) renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• Plans bought on the web are billed by Stripe and can be managed or cancelled from the You tab. Plans bought in the iPhone or Android app are billed by Apple or Google and are managed in your App Store or Google Play settings, under their refund rules.
• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We may change prices; we'll tell you before a change affects you, and it applies from your next renewal.

The community

• Be kind and honest. No harassment, spam, scams or misleading claims about results.
• Don't promise returns, ask for money, or promote other services or signals.
• Trade ideas lock when posted and stay on your record, wins and losses alike.
• The Verified tick is earned through our review and can be paused if the standards stop being met.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Our content

The lessons, videos, guides and app are ours. You can use them for your own learning; please don't copy, resell or republish them. You own what you post, and you give us permission to show it in Nfinity.

Partner brokers

Links to partner brokers are tracked so we can be paid a commission. Your account with a broker is between you and that broker, under its terms.

Liability

We work hard to keep Nfinity accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free. We're not responsible for trading losses or decisions you make. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the You tab. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact
